310-1002 Wire Dots, .394" (10.0 mm) Square
Wire Dots are adhesive-backed polymer discs designed to quickly and securely tack jumper wires to printed circuit boards during repair and modification procedures. These pre-cut round dots provide a neat and reliable alternative to messy adhesives or hot-melt materials when securing wires to the board surface.
Each Wire Dot consists of a thin, flexible polyester film coated with a high-performance electronics-grade pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive. The result is a highly conformable bond that firmly holds wires in place while maintaining long-term durability.
The adhesive develops strong initial bond strength that increases over time and performs reliably in demanding environments. Wire Dots maintain adhesion after exposure to high humidity, hot-water board cleaning, UV exposure and many common chemicals used in
Supplied on a release liner for easy handling, these dots help technicians organize jumper wires and create professional-looking repairs while maintaining the reliability required for high-quality PCB rework.
