Emergency Overview: Amber viscous liquid or gel with an oleoresinous odor.
Symptoms of Overexposure
Eyes: Eye contact may cause irritation.
Inhalation: In poorly ventilated areas, vapors from the heated product may cause temporary dizziness, headache, nausea, vomiting, and drowsiness.
Skin: Dermatitis may be aggravated by contact.
Ingestion: Ingestion may cause local irritation of mouth, esophagus and stomach.

The components of this product are not considered to be hazardous as defined by the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200.

This product contains petroleum distillates which are exempt from special labeling by OSHA.

The OSHA PEL/ACGIH TWA for mineral oil mist is 5mg/M.

Section 4. FIRST AID MEASURES
Inhalation: If vapors from the heated product are inhaled, remove affected person to fresh air, restore breathing, consult a physician.
Eye Contact: Immediately flush eyes with water for 15 minutes, consult a physician.
Skin Contact: Wash exposed skin with soap and water and remove contaminated clothes.
Ingestion: If ingested, do not induce vomiting, consult a physician.
Section 5. FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES
Flash Point & Method: 230°F (C.O.C.).
Flammable Limits in Air (% by volume): Lower 1.1 Upper 6.0
Extinguishing Media: Dry Chemical, Carbon dioxide, Foam.
General Hazard: Closed containers should be cooled with water using fog nozzles to minimize internal pressures and explosion risk. Can form dense fumes when burning, producing CO, CO2 other oxides. Fire fighting personnel should wear SCBA.
Flammable Properties: OSHA Class III B Combustible liquid.
Section 6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Spill: In case of spills, keep from sparks or open flames. ventilate area. Avoid breathing of concentrated vapors. Use oil absorbents and sweep up with broom and shovel into proper disposal container.
Section 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE
General: Store in sealed containers away from excessive heat, open flame, sparks or strong oxidizing agents. Avoid contact and use adequate ventilation.
Section 8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS AND PERSONAL PROTECTION
Eye Protection: Wear splash-proof safety glasses or face shield as needed to minimize eye contact.
Respirator: Not required unless mist is generated while material is heated or handled, in which case a v approved organic vapor respirator with mist filter should be used. Adequate ventilation should also be provided during normal use to maintain concentrations below the specified exposure limits.
Skin Protection: For prolonged or repeated exposure use impervious gloves, aprons, long sleeve shirts/pants should also be worn to minimize exposure.
Other Recommended: In accordance with good industrial hygiene, wash hands with soap and water after working with material.
