Handy tool has vise jaws to grip small items including eyelet setting tools and ball mills for plated hole repair.
Used with 115-3120 Setting Tool, Small and 115-3122 Tool Base to properly form eyelets in circuit boards. Designed for eyelets up to .045" inside diameter and .090" flange diameter.
