201-3110 Base Board Repair Kit
The Base Board Repair Kit provides the materials and tools needed to repair damage to the base board material, solder mask and protective coatings on printed circuit boards. The kit is designed to correct common PCB defects such as burned areas, scratches, gouges and laminate damage while maintaining compliance with IPC-recommended repair procedures.
At the core of the kit is Circuit Bond epoxy, supplied in pre-measured two-compartment packages that eliminate measuring errors and simplify mixing. Once cured, the epoxy forms a high-strength, high-temperature insulating material capable of withstanding demanding electronic environments.
Color agents are included to tint the epoxy so repaired areas can closely match the original solder mask or base board color. The kit also includes mixing cups, mixing sticks, foam swabs, cleaning brushes and precision micro-probes to support controlled application of a small ammount of epoxy as needed during repair procedures.
All materials and tools are organized in a rugged carrying case, creating a portable repair solution suitable for manufacturing, laboratory and field service environments.
