The Bonding System gives the operator precise control over the bonding process and ensures optimal bonding film adhesion and process repeatability.
The system includes a compression force gauge to apply the required bonding force during the 30-second bonding cycle to repair damaged surface mount pads, lands, edge contacts, and other circuit board patterns.
The included Bonding System Heater has adjustable temperature control and multiple interchangeable tips. Depending on the system ordered, it will be either 120 VAC or 220 VAC.
The system comes with the Flex-Rack PCB Holder to maintain circuit board stability during the bonding cycle.
