REACH Declaration of Conformity
We hereby certify every product manufactured and sold by CircuitMedic (A Circuit Technology Center Company), with the exception of the products listed below, are compliant with REACH (EC) No 1907/2006 - Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemical Substances covering 209 substances as updated by ECHA on June 25, 2020.
CircuitMedic has systems in place to ensure ongoing compliance with the REACH Directive. These systems include: standard operating procedures that ensure that restricted substances are not used in our manufacturing operations, requiring that our third party suppliers provide us with certifications, certifying that the materials they supply to us are REACH compliant, and an auditing process to ensure that the standard operating procedures are followed.
Efforts are underway to secure material content declarations from each of our contract manufacturers, suppliers, and other third parties. CircuitMedic has taken and continues to take reasonable steps to provide representative and accurate information but may not have conducted destructive testing or chemical analyses on incoming materials and chemicals. Material content information may not yet be available from some of our suppliers, or the information they supply to us may be erroneous.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CircuitMedic shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or any other exemplary damages arising out of the information provided herein, or arising out of its provision of non-REACH compliant products or materials.
