The Force Gauge is used with the Circuit Bonding System to apply precise and measurable compression when bonding Circuit Frame pads for circuit board repair and modification. A backlit graphic LCD displays large characters, and a menu allows access to the gauges’ features and configurable parameters. USB output is provided for data collection purposes.
The gauge is overload-protected to 200% of capacity, and an analog load bar is shown on the display for a graphical representation of applied force. The force range is up to 5 lbF / 2.5 kgF / 25 N.
