The Circuit Bond Kit contains ten packages of clear, low viscosity, superior strength epoxy, precisely measured into two-compartment plastic packages. This adhesive is easy to use, and there's no measuring.
Once cured, this epoxy makes an effective electrical insulator with good high-temperature, mechanical, and impact resistance properties. Circuit Bond can be used to bond replacement conductors, repair burns and circuit board surface defects, and many other high-strength, high-temperature applications. This kit includes all the tools and materials you need to repair damaged plated through holes in circuit boards. The kit includes eight packages of different eyelet sizes to handle a wide range of common plated through-hole repairs.

CircuitMedic Eyelets are manufactured from solid brass or copper and electroplated with tin. Hand Tools and Eyelet presses are available for setting eyelets into circuit boards to meet industry specifications.

It's now easier than ever to repair damaged circuits. Circuit Tracks are rectangular-shaped conductors made of 99.9% pure CDA 11000 copper.
These rectangular ribbons closely conform to the original conductor dimensions. The replacement Circuit Track is bonded in place using prepackaged epoxy included in the kit.

This kit includes all the tools and materials you need to protect heat-sensitive areas of an assembled circuit board from excessive heat exposure during rework operations. This kit is ideal for protecting adjacent components at risk of collateral heat damage during hot gas BGA rework.
During component rework, protection of nearby components is often mandatory to avoid collateral heat damage or inadvertent reflow.
Collateral heat damage or unintended reflow of adjacent component solder connections can result in component damage, oxidation, de-wetting, pad damage, wicking, starved joints, and scorching. These issues can create new unintended rework problems. The rework technician must constantly be aware of the effect of heat on the target device or circuit, plus how it affects components near the target device on both sides of the assembly.
The kit includes sheets of aluminized heat shielding material, aluminum plates, a high-temperature liquid mask, high-temperature tape, scissors, and various tools.

Dual slide rails provide adjustment for holding assembled circuit boards up to 12" (300/ mm) wide. Six edge clamps ensure the circuit board is held securely level for applications, including hot air rework, drilling, pad repair, positioning, and other applications that require holding your circuit boards for precision work.
Circuit boards can be held by the edges using the Edge Clamp v-grove. If needed, the holder may be flipped over, keeping the circuit board secure. Circuit boards may also be placed on the top rim of the Edge Clamps for rapid positioning.
The legs provide a 2-4" (50-100 mm) clearance above preheaters and tool base plates. The heavy-duty aluminum and stainless steel construction ensures the holder is grounded and rigid.

Color Agent is a one-part, air-drying, semi-paste ink commonly used to print hard surfaces, including circuit board base materials. It contains petroleum distillates but is not considered hazardous and does not require special labeling. It can be used to tint the color of epoxy used for solder mask repair or circuit baseboard repair. To use, mix a small amount of color agent with two parts epoxy as the epoxy is initially mixed. Add more color agents to increase the color intensity if needed.

Bonding Tips fit into the hand held Bonding Iron or Circuit Bonding System.
The bottom machined surface of each Bonding Tip is used to apply heat and pressure to bond adhesive-backed replacement lands, pads, and edge contacts to a circuit board surface. They are machined from high-grade aluminum.
